How much notice do you need?
At least 48 hours for any date. For bridal Saturdays and festival dates, booking 4–6 weeks ahead is recommended — those slots go first.
Do I need to pay anything to reserve my slot?
Yes — a 20% advance of your package price, collected once we've confirmed your details on the call. It's what holds your date exclusively for you; the remaining balance is settled with the artist on the day.
What happens right after I submit a booking?
You'll get a booking reference instantly, and we'll call the number you provide within 24 hours to confirm the details and talk through your design.
Can I reschedule or cancel later?
Reschedule any time, free of charge — your advance carries over to the new date. To cancel outright, give us 48 hours' notice or more for a full refund of your advance; less notice or a no-show forfeits it, since the slot was held exclusively for you. Find your booking anytime under My Bookings.
Do you travel outside Dhaka?
Yes, across Bangladesh. Travel and accommodation outside Dhaka are quoted on the confirmation call once we know your venue.
